The Contour Story
Contour Salon & Medspa, located in The Woodlands, Texas, is a premier destination for luxury beauty and wellness services. Their offerings include a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments such as injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), body contouring (CoolSculpting), laser therapies, chemical peels, microneedling, and weight-loss injections. Now, hair services are also offered under the Contour name, bringing a full spectrum of salon and medspa treatments together under one roof.
Originally launched six years ago as Contour Medspa, the brand began with two locations in Conroe and The Woodlands. After joining forces with Blank Slate, the locations were consolidated—but the Contour name lived on, a reflection of its strong reputation and loyal following.
The medical director and founder, Dr. Joseph (Joe) Mattingly, is a board‑certified physician with a background in emergency medicine—having completed his residency in North Jersey and was elected chief resident in his final year. He holds an MBA and taught regional anatomy as a graduate assistant at Western Michigan University’s PA school before attending the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Under his leadership, Contour Medspa emphasizes personalized, safety‑focused care, concierge services, wellness, and a high referral‑based, patient‑first philosophy.
